Interlachen Country Club is seeking part-time Divot Focused Team Members. Come enjoy being a part of an enthusiastic team while taking in the beauty of our course. Whether you are retired or working from home and craving an opportunity to get outside for a few hours in the morning, we have a spot for you on our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a top 100 golf course while also having access to enjoy golfing on a beautiful course.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Fill and replace divots on tees, fairways, approaches, and practice areas
• Repair ball marks on golf course and practice area greens
• Monitor, refill, and blend divot mix seed/soil blends
• Assist with course set up and presentation
• Daily manual labor involved in golf course maintenance
• Assist with minor cultural practices and turf repairs
• Maintain landscapes and practice areas
• Operate light equipment in hauling materials and removing debris

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in golf, landscaping, maintenance, or working outdoors (preferred but not necessary)
• Experience being a part of a team

Physical Requirements

Availability

• 5x 4 hour days: Monday - Friday. With some weekend work available as needed
• Availability is extremely flexible and our team will work with your schedule
• Early mornings and weekend morning shifts may be available
• Ability to work from April - October

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

• $15-$18/hr.
