Restaurant Manager
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager. This role is a key member of Interlachen's leadership team, assisting with the on-the-floor operations of a la carte dining at the Club. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Director of Restaurants and works closely with our fellow restaurant team to create an exceptional member experience. They supervise the restaurant dining experience across our restaurants and provide support to our front-of-house team members.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Leadership and Teamwork
- Live our values; foster a positive work environment for your team.
- Build a strong relationship with the culinary department to ensure ongoing collaboration and communication that exceeds expectations.
- Create a continuous teaching environment that focuses on genuine hospitality, timeliness, productivity, proper service, and Interlachen standards.
- Understand each team member's position, support their growth and development, and perform duties in their absence.
- Possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively.
- Stay on top of hospitality, beverage, and culinary trends; stay abreast of our membership's evolving needs and desires.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and accessibility to the membership and team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure that members and their guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.
- Formulate daily line-ups for each service with fellow restaurant managers.
- Complete regular opening and closing shifts, and spend the majority of your days on the floor of our restaurants.
- Plan, implement, and maintain processes to enhance the member and team experience.
- Support the service team with set up, execution, and breakdown of daily member experiences in member dining outlets and banquet events.
- Act as a hands-on leader, monitoring the quality and pace of service on the floor and assisting where needed.
- Conduct maintenance and upkeep of JONAS, our point of sale system.

- Founders Café & Turn Bar - Casual golf-fare for before, during, and after a round

- The Lodge - Casual family restaurant serving American classics, including brick-oven pizza, seasonal salads, and interesting sandwiches

- Prior serving experience in an upscale dining environment, with a strong track record of progression and growth

Availability
- Hours vary throughout the year based on seasonality and business; on average, weeks fall between 45-55 hours
